invoke Flip 3d after period of inactiviy

I'd like vista to invoke flip3d if I leave my machine for a set period.

The idea being when I return to my PC I can easily pick the application I
need.

Has anyone any idea how to achieve this?

Is pressing Windows Logo Key + TAB so hard to do when you return to your PC?
Even if you did pop up the flip automatically you would either have to reach
for your mouse and then scroll and click or use the keyboard anyway; so
saving you nothing.

I wasn't really looking for a value judgement, just curious as whether it
could be done....
