Invoice template, Date

I use the invoice template from microsoft
If I open an invoice saved on a earlier date it
automatically changes the date to the current date.
I dont want this to happen, how can I stop it?

I haven't looked at the template but it sounds as if it uses the TODAY(
function.

The simplest way to fix this is to clear the cell and enter the invoic
date each time.
