Invite Attendees

I was trying to change an appointment into a meeting and was told to select
the invite Attendees button on the standard tool bar, but I don't see it
anywhere.
Where is it located?
 
Depending on the version of Outlook being used it may be a tab named
Scheduling...or it may be a tab that says Options or a button that says
Options.

Specify your version of Outlook and we may help you further.
