Inverted signature block

We have a problem with WORD printing images (signature in this case) that
are part of a document. All clients use the same template. Some clients can
print fine, others print the inverted image (black box with white
signature). All clients are using Office 2003 and are printing to the same
printer.

We have no clue where to start troubleshooting this. Any help/hint would be
very much appreciated.

Is everyone using the *same* version of the printer driver? How about the
Office & Windows updates - Identical on all systems?

do any of the 'problem' systems have any add-ins or other utilities or apps
that the others don't?

We didn't find any difference.
