invalid syntax error

I am having a problem when i try to access websites i get an ( invalid
syntax error) and site cannot open.Can somone please help me to fix problem.

This may be the result of the latest Microsoft Windows Update. BTW, this update resolves the major vulnerability. The following URL syntax is no longer supported in Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer after you install this software update:
http(s)://username:password@server/resource.ext

A security update is available that modifies the default behavior of Internet Explorer for handling user information in HTTP and HTTPS URLs: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;834489

This security update is a must.
