Invalid page fault

I have just reformatted the hard drive and reinstalled Office 2000. When i
click on any photo on a page i built in frontpage i get an illegal operation
window pop up and when i close it it closes frontpage too.
The messege includes all this...

I have updated windows, office, directx, frontpage and searched for this
error on the microsoft site but as yet cannot find the problem. Frontpage has
always worked fine until now.
Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?

thank you for your help, the problem in that link is different, im not trying
to save it im just clicking on a photo (any photo on any page) to try and
edit it and i get the illegal operation messege.
Maybe its my computer :-\

Do you have an image editor as a registered editor in FP?

You said you click on an image in FP to edit it...what image editor do you
have registered in FP as the image editor...if any?

Tools | Options | Configure Editors ...maybe you have a problem there.

Oh i see...when i say edit i mean add a link to a pic or something like that.
htm, html, shtm, shtml, stm, htx, htt and css use Frontpage (frontpage.exe)
cdf, inc and there is one with no name all use text editor (notepad.exe)
Doesn`t seem to be anything listed for gif`s etc. I have never looked in
there, not sure what is right or wrong lol
I have problems with explorer too sometimes, i keep getting a messege asking
me if i want to report a problem, then exploroer closes and reopens. I think
something on my PC isnt quite right.
All i did was put a new hard drive in (i partitioned and formatted it), new
monitor, keyboard, mouse and newer cd writer and more RAM. Its the same main
board, video card and sound card. Thats why i had to reinstall Office
(Frontpage, word etc), they have all worked fine before.
I`d understand if it was less ram and older componants...if anything the
system should be better not worse. I dunno, i`ll keep searching for the
solution. :)
