My computer crashed a while back, and now I cannot get
windows installed properly. There is always a prompt to
put in the certificate of authenticity #. The only # I
have is on the side of my computer & when I put it in, it
says invalid, try again. HELP!!! This is the only # I
have.

The manufacturer of your computer is responsible for
helping you with issues related to the Product Key
number they provided. Contact them for assistance.

.
you need the number that came with your disc.It is along
number.

Are you using the CD that came with that computer? You need to
because there are different types and they are not interchangeable.

Look very closely, O-0, G-6, B-8 and others look alike.
Have someone else try, sometimes another set of eyes and fingers can
get it.
