I am tryng to send an intro. letter about my self & my company to prospective
clients. any ideas.

Probably the most important thing would be to ensure you have your target
audience correct. For instance, this is a newsgroup for people having
problems with the MS Access database product.

first idea would be to find a more appropriate newsgroup to post your
question to. this newsgroup answers questions about building databases using
MS Access relational database software.
