Intriguing '&apos' Error Message

Can anybody advise me what the following repeated error message is about and
how to deal with it

Hi Alan,

I think you have somehow deleted your Language settings for IE.
Internet Options>General tab>Languages button to display the Language
Preference dialog. Make sure you have at least one language setting. Click
the Add button to select your language preferences.
