Hello,
I am having a problem with a text to speech web application. IT works
offline but online it throws an exception error.
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80004005): Error HRESULT
E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component. at
SpeechLib.SpVoiceClass.Speak(String Text, SpeechVoiceSpeakFlags Flags)
We have given administrative access for this website in order for it to
access the dlls as suggested in one of other sites. But this error comes on
and off. IT works fine over a period of time and then suddenly throws up an
error.
We have also noticed that when our server is restarted and not logged in, it
gives this error though it is not always the case.
Would be grateful if anyone can throw some light on how to resolve this
issue permanently. Please reply asap.
