I have recently connected to broadband after having a dial up connection.Is
it ok to delete the shortcuts etc to the dial up connection as when i went to
do it a message came up that i wouldnt be able to connect to the internet if
it was deleted.Help!

If you're not going to use a dial-up connection, it's OK to delete it.
You'll still be able to connect to the Internet through broadband.

If you're in doubt, make a System Restore point before doing anything.
Then, you can undo the change later.
