Internet web sites

Some web pages I need to use require a username and password to log on to. I
can log on to a web site such as Triwest.com, but when I try to log into
their page within (Provider Connection) I get a page saying this page
cannot be displayed. I have several of the company sites that I deal with
and have the same problem with all of them.
 
If all updates on the pc are where they should be,then thier is a fix
for that from microsoft,kb921090
