Internet sign in request when booting

When I turn on my computer a message appears twice during
bootup asking if I want to connect to the internet. When
the first one appears I say cancel, then the second one
appears. After I cancel this one everything procedes
normally. Is the a way to find out what program(s)
is/are making this request? Thanks for any help or
suggestions.

Larry;
Try this: Start/Run/type: msconfig /ENTER/Startup tab/ look to see
what programs are listed. If you can't figure out which one might be the
culprit, post back with a list.
