Internet script error

Each time I start my PC Windows 2000, I get a pop up
window "IE Explorer script error" an error has occured
in the script on this page, Line 166, Char: 193, Error;
Unterminated string constant, Code 0, URL:
http://balder.prohosting.com/2cool/ ;
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?
Yes/No
I have to click No eight times before it goes away!
This is before I open IE.
I have run latest virus check, Spybot & Addaware, cleared
all IE history

Go to Tools..Internet Options..Advanced Tab..check the box to Disable script
debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.
