Internet Restrict use and monitor

I'm not sure where I should post this. I was wonder what IT Professionals
are using for internet monitoring and restrictions. We are a small to mid
sized company and I would like to be able to see who is streaming video or
music...also block myspace and utube.... And of course, I don't want to
spend alot of money! :)

FYI, we have several 2003 servers and use AD. I can see traffice from my
firewall but only when I'm looking at it (no reporting, filtering, blocking
(only by ip address) and views etc.)

Anyone with any experience your recommendations are greatly appreciated.
