This can probably be done, but I'm not positive because firewalls may
interfere; I'll make a stab at it anyway.

Share the printer, and make note of the sharename you give it.
Write down the IP address of your home PC - if you're using DHCP to get
an IP address, then this probably won't work since you could get a
different IP address whenever you reboot the PC.

On the work PC, go to a command prompt and type:

net use lpt1 \\ipaddress\sharename

and hit enter. Ipaddress is the ip address of your home PC, and
sharename is the name of the printer you want to print to. You don't
have to use lpt1 if you don't want to. Use another port if desired, just
as long as your program on the work PC can print to the port that you
choose.

I'll be interested if there is another, better way to do this.
