internet porb. with microsoft

I am able to connect to the internet, but i am unable to
change sites. says their is a microsoft error. cant you
help ... thanks...

This is probably being caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite)

Work through the solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at
