I am trying to set up some internet parental
restrictions. When I get into my "Contenet Advisor"
bot "Enable" and "Settings" buttons are grayed out - I am
unable to use this feature.

I have already gone down the "regedit" path, deleting the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersio
n\Policies\Ratings\key

There really was no previous value set - appeared to be
default setting. In any case, this solution did not fix
my problem.

Does anyone know how to enable my "Content Advisor" so
that I can use it?

Please let me know, thanks
John

You could try using local Group Policy via gpedit.msc to go to user
configuration/administrative templates/Windows components/Internet Explorer - disable
changing ratings and disable that setting and any other settings that may be related.
Be sure to log off and back on the see if it helps. --- Steve
