Internet Options Advanced Tab is Empty

I have been trying to resolve a Java issue to access a particular website. I
am instructed to go to Internet Options Advanced Tab, but the only thing on
the tab is the Java program I recently installed. That's all that's there!
What happened to all of my other information that should be there? How do I
get that re-installed so that my advanced tab displays what it did before?
Please help!
