Internet opions menu has been changed

[David in need of help]

I'm missing the General part of this menu, no longer
shows up, can not delete history or temp files, or set
home page. Any one know how to fix this???

Note: restoring the missing tab(s) without scanning for parasites
will not remove the culprit that now exists on your system.
