Internet/Network error with 'LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT'

We are using W2K Adv Server SP4. I'm getting the error
message "The server failed to load
application 'LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT'. The error was: No such
interface supported" every minute. It has appeared for the
first time recently, there are no new programs installed.
What does it mean and how to get rid of it?
