Internet mail server won't start in full screen

I know this seems kinda silly, but I am fairly good with
comouters and can not seem to find the "save settings on
exit button"
The problem is this, when I open my Yahoo mail from the
start menu or the desktop icon it always comes up in a
small window that needs to be "Maximize"
This is one of three logins on this computer, I have
outlook express 6 on the other logins with no problem.
This is the little womans log in screen that does this,
so any help you could give me would be great!
