Internet log-on box keeps popping up - what to do?

My Problem

Internet log-on box pops up continually. There must be an easy way to
eliminate this problem?
 
Please define what you mean by "internet log-on box." Do you mean you're
being prompted for your email password? Your network password? Something
else?

If this is related to Outlook, please indicate how. Include your version of
Outlook and type of mail account.
