Internet Information Services: FTP

I need help getting the FTP portion of my sever to work.
I do have a router, but I turned off the firewall it had on it, and it still
didn't work.

Anyway, my HTTP server works fine (http://levade.homeip.net). I use
DynDNS.org in conjution with my router to make that work.

If I FTP to my server internally (192.168.1.100, or using the computers
name) it works. If I try externally (ftp://ipaddress, or
ftp://levade.homeip.net) it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? What should
I check?

Port forwarding is on.
