Internet Icon not showing in taskbar

When I logon to the internet the Icon in the taskbar doesn't appear and I
cannot disconect from the net.How do I get this icon to load when i
logon.Thanks for any help Tony
 
Hi,

Check the connection properties in the Control Panel, the ability to show
that icon is usually on the first tab with the installed network protocols
("Show icon in notification area when connected").
