HAVE WINDOWS XP HOME EDITION - AFTER SETTING HOME PAGE IN
TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, HOMEPAGE GETS CHANGED TO
SOMETHING ELSE AFTER I REBOOT. HOW CAN I FIX SO HOMEPAGE
REMAINS AT WHAT I HAVE SPECIFIED?
