when using internet explorer, how do you you clear your
internet history completely?
 
In your Internet Options control panel (select the Tools/Internet Options
menu in Internet Explorer), on the General Tab there are settings for the
number of days of History to keep. Set it to 0 or click the Clear History
button on the same tab.

There is also an option on the Advanced Tab under Security/Empty Temporary
Internet Files folder when browser is closed.
