Internet history by order visited any day I choose

I need to be able to view my internet history in chronological order
for any specific day I choose.

History Collector Pro (hibrosoft.com) looks like what I need but its
only for 2000 or XP. I'm running 98.

Should I look into monitoring programs? Are there external programs
that can read the stored history data and allow me to view it by date?
