Not sure exactly what you are saying..but it sounds like you mean that some site has hijacked your homepage setting? If so, this is really not a frontpage issue but here's how you fix it:
Tools/InternetOptions/General/set home page...
But more importantly...you need to run a spyware program now...such as AdAware (Lavasoft)...because sites that hijack do it for other clandestine reasons.
