And why would you want to disable a firewall?
By disabling it you now leave yourself open for may types
of attacks(like the blaster worm)?
Also you should be using a firewall other then just the
windows one(since the windows firewall only monitors
incoming not outgoing like any spyware/trojans/worms you
already have or unknowingly download)(get zonealarm its a
free firewall).
