When you click the Internet Explorer icon, window may flash a second and quits. Or, it may show an Error-Reporting dialog. This may be due to a malware Browser Helper Object which causes Internet Explorer process to terminate. If you see the Error-Reporting dialog, click "to see what data this report contains" and identify the Module Name causing this error. Temporary solution is to disable third-party browser extensions in Internet Explorer and enable IE functionality:
1. Click Start, Run, type Control Inetcpl.cpl
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) check box.
4. Restart Internet Explorer.
*Then, you need to eliminate the malware*.

My computer keep having this pop that says internet
explorer has encountered a problem and for me to send the
report and close the internet explorer.I have done just
what it tells me and still I'm having the same
problem,every 10 seconds this pop up pops up.It also says
if the problem continues are I keep getting this message
to cantact microsoft.Can anyone please help me out with
this problem a.s.a.p please.......
