Please forgive me, but I am not very good with computers.
My system has been freezing while I have been surfing. A
window pops up that says Iexplore. You can ignore or
click details. Unfortunately, because it is frozen I am
not able to click on details. Does anyone have any
suggestions?? Thanks!

To best resolve your issue you have to reinstall Internet
Explorer as it may have some corrupt files

program (adware, spyware, parasite).

What is your operating system?
Any .log file that could have your error message(s) listed.
