Does anyone know how to make internet explorer launch automatically in full
screen mode? I want internet explorer to launch in full screen mode each
time I click the IE icon.

Right Click the Internet Explorer Icon, Left Click Properties from
the context menu. In the details box, toggle the Run mode to Maximized.

Just in case that "full screen mode" should read "Kiosk Mode":
