I am having problems when I click on the internet
explorer icon a message comes up with "HB:Reporter-
iexplore.exe-no disk - There is no disk in the drive.
Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk1\DR2."

I have to click on the cancel button a couple of times
and then the explorer screen comes up.

How do I fix this problem?

Hi Cathy,

Is your Iomega Zip drive, configured as drive letter C?
