Internet Explorer windows merging on task bar

When I have a lot of internet explorer windows open and I have them all
minimized, sometimes they become just one rectangle thingy on the task bar
and to access a window again i need to click on the one rectangle and it
shows a list of all the windows. How do I keep all these internet windows
from merging together like that?

That's a TaskBar option. Taskbar Properties - Group similar taskbar buttons.
It has nothing to do with Internet Explorer.
