internet explorer window

In the last week, every time I start my computer and open
IE, the toolbar has reverted to an earlier setup. I have
to unlock the "Links" section of the toolbar and put it
where I want it. Then I have to move the links on it
around to where I want them. I can't figure out why it
keeps doing it. Can anyone help?

Note: "AUTOTKIT.EXE" from HP is known to cause Toolbar resets.
