Internet Explorer Window Will NOT move

I have WIN XP SP1... When I use my internet explorer it
is locked to the right side of my screen. I can resize it
and it will cover the entire screen, but if it is in a
reduced size it stays locked to the right side of my
screen. I cannot move it or center it.. Any suggestions?
