All of a sudden, internet explorer started to replace
existing windows when new windows are opened, is this a
feature of internet explorer? if so how do i turn it off?

Go to Control Panel>IE Options>Advanced tab> scroll down and un-check the
box which says "re-use windows for shortcuts">apply>OK out. Also, in any
open website, if there is a link and you want to keep the main web page
opened, R-click and select "open in a new window"; if that be your wish.

I am also having this problem... I can only have one
Explorer open at a time. I just downloaded Yahoo
Messenger 6.0... could that be the problem? Did you
download anything recently?
