Internet Explorer Script Error

Hello Everyone,

I'm posting this for a friend who's getting the following script error
message:

The following pops up when I download any site ;
Internet Explorer Script Error
RPC Server Unavailable
file://C:\Program Files\Squire\ad.html
Then it says;
Do you want to continue to running scripts on this page? YES NO

Then this pops up after I click yes;
Error in; MSHTML.DLL.

Can anyone explain how to deal with the above? He's running ME.
