internet explorer right click menu

How do I change the right click menu for internet explorer? Somehow,
link to a website has made its way into my internet explorer right clic
menu and I do not know how to remove it
 
Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
