internet explorer restriction

after i make restriction from my cybercafe software to client .
and then internet option is hidden & so many option is restiction.

but i try to reset setting from my cybercafe software to client.
but no action .
so. ho do i can fix ?
i don't want to see any restriction in ie.
pls. help me
