Internet Explorer Pages Freeze Up

While I am surfing through the internet the Internet
Explorer freezes for a long period of time while trying
to load a web page... I realy can't do anything because
it says not responding on the title bar so I try to press
ctr, alt, delete... and that gets me out of it, but I
just want to know why it keeps on freezing up on me!

You may need to clear your TIF as you may have a corrupt file there.

Close all instances of OE and IE
Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab
Click the "Delete Files" button, when prompted place a check in:
"Delete all offline content", click OK
Click the "Clear History" button, click OK.
Click the Settings button, adjust the TIF size to 50 mb, click OK
