internet explorer Operations aborted

To whom it may concern,

I have a client that is running IE 6 will the service packs on Windows 2000
Pro. He tries to access www.oracle.com/products/index.html and receives an
error message that the "Operation aborted"

if anyone has a solution to this I would appreciate it.
