internet explorer not working

i click on the icon and it can not connect to the
internet. The internet works because i can go on through
msn?

When i go to My Network properties the internet
conection says disabled and when i enable it it just
disables itself again?

Please help

When you installed MSN, did you disable your ISP connection. Change your
MSN options so that it does not disconnect your ISP.
