Internet Explorer not working

Runnning XP SP2

For some reason, IE stopped running. Netscape runs fine though?

That is not much to go on. (IOW, "insufficient data").
But you could consider using System Restore to rollback to when it was
working well.

Sorry for the late response.

I re-installed XP and problem was solved. I am now working of fixes
for problems when I added a new user.
