Internet Explorer Maintenance/Security Zones settings not applied

Hi,

I have tried to configure Security Zone settings using Group Policies.
Unfortunately nothing happens on client side (Windows XP). Every other Group
policies get applied just fine. I enabled userenv logging and in the log
file I found the following error message:

1. I checked the client side with netdiag and server side with dcdiag
command. Both sides with no errors.
2. I also checked that Group Policy object was not "out of sync" using
GPOTOOL.EXE. Everything was synchronized.
3. I checked the GPRESULT /Z and the group policy containing seemed to be
applied.
4. I also configured "Always process Internet explorer even if not changed"
setting.

Our DC:s are Windows 2000 with SP4 installed.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
