internet explorer is very slow and change design microsoft

dear sir.
we thanks and request for internet explorer and outlook have some problem
and we are use window xp sp2.
also we use ads line another browser very fast quick work exsample maxthon
browser well working internet explorer one page advance and back problem and
maxthon browser page open and any page lock system if we go to first page on
screen display all page with number and after microsoft no work properly ful
account setting after e-mail not sent specialy zip file on yahoo mail mail
compose and attach any file zip etc quick go.
we many thanks and we wait your advace and solution we use p3 pentium 650mhz
we thanks and expect your reply by e-mail advice sir thanks again.

You need to find a more appropriate place to make this request, such as a
