Internet Explorer indicates error

I have many occasions when I will receive an error box
that IE needs to close. Then after it shuts down the
computer and starts up I receive an error box:

System has recovered from a serious error. I then click
on error report details and this is what is displayed.

\sysdata.tml

Can anyone help?

Rule out parasites.

Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
