Internet Explorer home page

I set my home page for a particular page to start up on
when I open Internet Explorer, but every time I turn off
my computer it start at a search engine page I have never
seen. Why would this be happening? It retains the home
page until I turn the computer off, but as soon as it
gets shut down and restarted, my home page is gone.
Please let me know what could be causing this. I checked
for viruses and spyware and it didn't find any on the
system.

Is your system being effected by mshp.dll?

2) Unlocks the grayed-out Home Page section
