Internet Explorer Help.....

When trying to log on to various sites such as GOOGLE, I
am sent to a dark green screen that says "There is no
website configured at this address. "There is no website
configured at this address. " and it has "C-Panel" in the
top left hand corner.

Thjis only occurs with a few sites.. I also can not long
search through the yahoo site, as it tells me "The page
cannot be found"

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
